Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available only after confirmation through WhatsApp. To request COD, send your order details to Healthify. The team will review the order and confirm COD availability directly with you. A COD request is not automatically accepted.
Delivery charges
0–50 km from Healthify: delivery is available based on the customer's location and distance from Healthify. The delivery charge is determined using Google Maps and is shown or confirmed before the order is finalized.
More than 50 km: orders are generally sent through courier. Courier charges depend on the total parcel weight, destination and the courier service used.
For courier orders, the applicable shipping charge is confirmed before dispatch so the customer knows the final delivery cost in advance.
Preparation and delivery time
Fresh products are prepared based on the order and may require preparation time before dispatch.
For locations within 50 km, the delivery timeline depends on product preparation, order quantity, availability and delivery distance.
For locations beyond 50 km, the total timeline also depends on the courier service and destination.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Wholesale delivery
Free delivery may be available for qualifying wholesale orders above ₹999. This is a wholesale condition and is not automatically applied to normal retail orders.
