Product prices and pack sizes shown on the website use the current Healthify catalogue. Ingredients, preparation, storage and shelf life are shown only where verified. The current product packaging remains important for product-specific information.
Orders
Website checkout helps customers prepare an order for confirmation. An order is not considered finally accepted until Healthify confirms product availability, preparation time, delivery details and payment status where applicable.
Minimum order and delivery
Website orders require a minimum product subtotal of ₹500. Delivery charges are ₹40 within the approximately 5 km local zone, ₹60 for other Dharwad areas, and from ₹120 for Hubli / Hubballi. Other locations require confirmation.
Payment
UPI is available using 8892550840@ibl for ROOPALAXMI S RASHINK. Cash on Delivery is available only after direct confirmation from Healthify through WhatsApp. A COD request is not automatically accepted. Cards and net banking are not advertised because a payment gateway has not been confirmed.
Cancellation and food returns
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Food products are generally non-returnable. Wrong or damaged items may be reviewed for an applicable replacement or refund.
